The Cultural Review team is visiting locations around New South Wales

We extend our thanks to everyone who has come forward to share their experiences so far. The stories you have shared are helping to build our understanding of the culture within the New South Wales Police Force, the systemic issues at play, and opportunities to shape a safer and more inclusive workplace culture.

Site visits during July

Over the last three weeks, we commenced our schedule of site visits with time at the Richmond Leadership Centre, Nepean PAC, Penrith, Wagga, Albury, Waverley, Bondi, Maroubra and Surry Hills.

This week, the Cultural Review team will be onsite at Tweed Heads, Lismore and Coffs Harbour. Next week, we will be spending time at Parramatta Police HQ, Nowra and Batemans Bay. Later in July, we will be at Goulburn, Campsie, Macquarie Fields, Campbelltown, Dubbo, Orange, Parkes and the Sydney Police Centre.

The site visits continue to be a valuable opportunity to chat with members, conduct confidential interviews where possible, and facilitate focus groups and listening sessions. You can view the full site visit schedule on our website. 

Written submissions are now open

We are now accepting written submissions to the Cultural Review via the Social Research Centre, owned by the Australian National University. We will only use de-identified information from submissions to shape our findings and recommendations, and our final report will not identify anyone who makes a submission. The closing date for written submissions will be 30 September 2025. 

Workforce survey coming soon

In the weeks ahead, we will beworking closely with the Social ResearchCentre to finalise arrangements for the workforce survey. The survey will open from 11 August to 5 September 2025. More details will be available shortly.

All current members will receive aninvitation to participate in the survey via email. The survey will also be available to eligible former members via the Social Research Centre’s website and promoted by the Cultural Review team through a range of channels.
