Share your experiences with the Cultural Review

With ethics approval now received, the Cultural Review has commenced its formal engagement phase. In the months ahead, we will be aiming to speak with as many people as possible – both current members and former members who left the organisation since 2020. Sharing your experience will help build our understanding of the culture within New South Wales Police Force workplaces and what makes the organisation tick.

Register your interest in a confidential interview

To reach as many members of the workforce as possible, the Cultural Review will have a range of ways for people to participate.

Expressions of interest are now open for confidential interviews – you can register your interest via the this form.

Interviews will take around 60 minutes and will take place via telephone, online or in an agreed private location. They are designed to be informal and conversational, and strict confidentiality arrangements will be in place. You can download the participant information and consent form for more details.

Workforce survey coming soon

We are working with the Social Research Centre to finalise the workforce survey. The workforce survey will open from 11 August to 12 September 2025. More details will be available shortly.

Site visits now underway

This week, we commenced our schedule of site visits, spending time at the Richmond Leadership Centre, Nepean PAC and Penrith PoliceStation. It was a valuable opportunity to hear directly from members in these areas about their experiences in the force.

Next week, we will be on site in Wagga and Albury from 23 to 25 June, and the week after visiting Waverley, Bondi, Maroubra and Surry Hills from 30 June to 2 July. If you are located at these stations, we invite you to stop past for a chat. We would love to hear your reflections.
